Contact / submit a risk

Give us enough information to give you a useful answer.

Start with the applicant, underlying obligation, beneficiary, wording, amount, duration and the proposed legal route to issuance.

An enquiry, acknowledgement or discussion is not a quotation, binder or commitment. Cover exists only when formally agreed and documented by the relevant insurer.

Before you submit

A concise, complete pack is faster than a long email chain.

  • Identify the applicant, broker, beneficiary and risk country
  • State the bond type, amount, currency, start date and expiry
  • Explain the underlying contract, project or proceeding
  • Attach or identify the required wording once a secure route is agreed
  • Include current financial information and aggregate bonded exposure
  • Explain who is expected to issue locally and why

This form is for initial screening only. Do not upload or include sensitive personal data, privileged legal material, bank details or full confidential documents. If the risk is suitable for review, a controlled document route can be agreed.

Your email application will open with a message addressed to [email protected]. Review and send it from there. Do not attach sensitive documents at this stage.

Claims and material changes

Follow the notice provisions in the relevant policy, bond or reinsurance agreement. A website message does not replace formal notice and may not preserve any deadline.
